The process of loosing the stick love handle is pretty easy .. I used to have a pair of those sticky love handles and it didn’t stop growing .. First thing you need to focus is on your carb intake . “Diet is everything ” .. Yea I know you might have heard that you should stick to a strict diet in order to see results .. But that’s not 100% true in all cases .. You don’t have to suffer staying on diets which are not tasty at all .. 😂😂…
The only thing you should focus on is the carb intake … Keep your carbs high for breakfast and then a bit lower during lunch and even lower or no carbs at night ..
The vital time to not get in carbs is at night .. So try to avoid carbs at night or if you feel you like you badly need then decrease it a bit .
You can eat other foods and sugars .. But keep everything to a specific level .. Don’t gulp in everything you see with massive quantities , since your trying to loose .. Try to control …

The workout routine is simple and less time consuming .. You don’t have to spend hours doing tons of cardio and working your ass off to loose .. All you need is a proper set of exercises targeting the sides and done correctly ..
1. Oblique Side Twist ( 4 x 15 )
2. Dumbbell side oblique crunch ( 4 x 20 )
3. Side crunches ( 4 x 15 reps)
4. Plank ( 60 Seconds x 4 sets )
5. Hanging Leg Raises ( 4 x 10 )
Repeat this exercises at least four times a week for faster results .. If possible try to incorporate them everyday … The more you work the faster you will benefit towards loosing the side layer of fat forever …
