Consumption of water plays a major role .. HOW ??? ,.. When you consume just enough water and stay hydrated throughout the day your body uses the water as method of cleaning your systems and flooding out the toxic materials inside your body and thereby aids in weight loss ..
Not consuming enough water will lead to staying in the same weight with no loss at all and also your system will not get purified …. So aim for at least 2 liters of water a day or preferably more…

So thereby SLEEP is number one priority if your looking to change your body . No matter how hard you diet or workout if you don’t get enough sleep your body will refuse to change , since its not getting the necessary recovery time it needs …
So a minimum of 6 hours of SLEEP is mandatory …….
