So you are looking for a way to get that sexy looking six pack as soon as possible ?? Want to impress all your friends with those toned abs ?? .

With all my experience getting that six pack is wayyy easier than you ever imagined …

You might be thinking that you have to put in a lot of work and strict dieting to get the six pack you always dreamed about ….

Well I am here to tell you , you don’t have to suffer to get those attractive looking six pack in NO TIME .

First things first is  try to  minimize your carb intake day by day . Basically meaning if you are eating two cups of rice at night reduce it to one cup of rice at night in the next day .

Its much better if you avoid carbs at night … But if you like eating carbs its fine eat carbs but eat a bit lesser ….

Next is to get enough protein through out the day .. Your protein sources should be from any meat product , fish and milk . So somehow eat plenty of meat or fish within the day approx.(1g per pound of body weight).. you don’t have to be accurate .

Never ever skip your breakfast …….. with my past experience skipping breakfast is  vital  so try to  get a heavy breakfast filled with complex carbs and proteins .

Also drink plenty of water as water purifies you body and helps in excretion of  toxic material and thereby plays a major role in the fat burning process.

The training should also be different ….. Compensate cardio four times a week and always engage in cardio early in the morning in an empty stomach . Cardio should be around 15 – 20 minutes max and  should be done with HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training ) .

HIIT means for example if your cycling try to ride it as fast as possible for 40 seconds and then ride slowly for a minute and again ride as fast as possible for 40 seconds and back to slow riding .

This process should be repeated for a total maximum timing of 20 minutes . Somehow the goal is to keep your heart rate high …

After cardio Ab workouts should be done to tone down the midsection . When ab workouts are concerned people kill themselves in doing too much ab workouts …

Well you actually don’t have to suffer doing so much ab workouts. Below is a simplified ab workout which will guarantee a properly sculpted six pack ..

  • Leg raises 15 x 4
  • Crunches 15 x 4
  • Sit ups 10 x 4
  • Flutter kicks 10 x 4
