Loosing body fat is not that hard .

Most people don’t know the scientific method and process of loosing fat so they keep on doing what they are being told by some uneducated trainer which doesn’t bring them any results.

 

You also may be told that you have to workout 24/7 and dedicate and sweat and tire yourself a lot to loose fat , well its not that hard after all , ill explain how to do burn that fat really fast in no time .

So first thing you might have heard is to loose fat you should do a lot of cardio and only cardio….

Well that’s completely wrong !!!!! You don’t have to do a lot of cardio to burn fat .

 

YOU ONLY NEED TO INCOPORATE CARDIO TO A MINIMUM OF 2 TIMES A WEEK DONE ON AN EMPTY STOMACH EARLY IN THE MORNING FOR ONLY 20 MINUTES (HIIT) ..

In your diet you should focus on eating enough protein , basically one gram of protein per pound of body weight and also consume lesser carbs or no carbs at all. Try to eat carbs only in the morning and go for zero carbs at night .

You don’t have to keep a track on your calories just make sure you consume less carbs.
And never ever stay hungry . Most common myth you might have heard of is you have to starve to loose fat !!!

well that’s completely wrong the more you starve the more lactic acid builds up in your stomach which will lead to gastritis and wounds in stomach and not only that it will also make you fatter due to the increase in lactic acid in your body .

So never stay hungry , whenever you are hungry eat fruits which have less calories. Fruits like grapes, apple, Papaya , Watermelon .

 

 

 

Always after hitting the gym session don’t forget to eat some amount of carbs because your body after a workout is pretty low in energy and it needs some amount of carbs to function .

Don’t forget to drink plenty of water since water keeps you hydrated , gets rid of toxic material and helps a lot in the process of loosing fat .

The weight training sessions if possible go for a minimum of 4 sessions per week .
The cardio should be done away from the weight training session .

NEVER DO CARDIO BEFORE HITTING THE WEIGHTS OR AFTER HITTING THE WEIGHTS .. DO IT ONLY IN THE MORNING .

Weight training session should be short duration with heavy weights involved.
The heavier you lift with proper form the more calories you are going to burn and the stronger you get .

So do heavy movements like DEADLIFTS , SQUATS , BENCH PRESS.

Always train HEAVY with proper form NEVER TRAIN WITH LIGHT WEIGHTS.

You might have heard that to loose fat you should train with light weight for high reps well I’m sad to say that’s the biggest lie told to you!!!

That’s the main reason most people are unable to burn fat , because they have the wrong knowledge . Working out with light weights will not do you any good to burn fat .

Just think about it you have a 10 kilogram dumbbell and a 5 kilogram dumbbell , lifting the 10 kilogram dumbbell will require more energy than lifting the 5 kilogram dumbbell , so what does this tell you ,

it tells you that more energy is wasted when lifting the 10 kilogram dumbbell which means more calories burnt when lifting heavy which eventually leads to decrease in calories in your body there by making your body at a caloric deficit where you will be in the process of burning more fat .
